About KidGluten

KidGluten is a recipe site for families raising kids who eat a little differently — picky eaters, sensory-sensitive children, and kids following a gluten-free (or gluten- and dairy-free) way of eating.

We know how stressful mealtimes can be when a child only trusts a handful of foods, or when a single unexpected texture ends a meal. So every recipe here is built around the same idea: simple, mild, and made to actually be eaten. Short ingredient lists, gentle textures, familiar flavors, and steps a busy parent can pull off on a regular weeknight.

What you’ll find here

  • Gluten-free recipes that don’t taste “free of” anything
  • Sensory-friendly ideas organized by texture (smooth, soft, crunchy)
  • Snacks, lunchbox ideas, and easy family dinners kids actually finish
  • Gluten- and dairy-free (GFCF) options for families who choose them

What we are — and what we’re not

We share food ideas and recipes. We are not doctors, dietitians, or therapists, and nothing on KidGluten is medical or nutritional advice. Any dietary change for a child — including going gluten-free or dairy-free — should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your child.

We also want to be clear and honest: no food can treat, prevent, or change autism, and we never suggest otherwise. Our focus is simply making good, safe, kid-friendly food a little easier for your family.

Our story

[Replace this with your own real story — who you are, why you started KidGluten, your experience cooking for your own family. Keep it true; don’t claim credentials or experience you don’t have. Authentic, honest stories build far more trust than invented ones.]
